I had a couple of requests to re-post these dance moves by Titus, so here they are.

Mark, set, go
I'm enjoying this new format for the webpage where it's much easier to upload pictures and videos, so here's another video. In case you can't understand, "ma...ma...ma" is the equivalent of "mark...set...go!"

A belated birthday
We celebrated Grampa's birthday this evening, 6 weeks late, due to the fact we were all sick over New Year's when his actual birthday was.

Visitors
We are one of those families that are not fortunate to live near either of our parents, and since we both have wonderful, Godly parents, we miss not living closer to them. So when they do come to town, we very much appreciate it.
This week Colleen's folks are in town for just a couple of days, and the timing couldn't have been better. The kids have been sick since last weekend, both at the same time with some combination of fever, cold, cough, and ear infection, so it's been a draining few days. Sleep has been at a premium, because when the kids don't sleep well, neither do mom and dad. Days like these make you appreciate your own parents all the more. We've thought often over the last few days of the saying that goes in regards to parenthood, "the days are long but the years are short." We can certainly empathize with the first part of that saying with the week's recent activity, yet can definitely understand how the years seem to go by quickly as well.
So we've been very thankful to have them in town. They've been a big help, helping around the house and watching the kids, though we hope as they go home in a couple of days that they don't take germs and sickness home with them.

A time for change
Well, we're going to try something different here, since our current web hosting provider doesn't seem to be of much assistance in fixing why my old website is not working. So here is the new home of the Mathews family web page. Please bear with me as I figure out the new page.
